At BoldGrid, we just simply cannot get enough of the WordCamp events around the country. We had a great time in Phoenix earlier this year, then we moved on to the sunshine state of Florida. There we attended WordCamp Miami and WordCamp Jacksonville where we networked and learned a ton from developers, users, designers, and other WordPress enthusiasts like us. Now, we are heading to the other coast for another WordCamp event; this time to the beautiful city of San Diego, California. Our very own MikeDemo will be there to see what the West Coast has to say about all things WordPress.
What is Going On at WordCamp San Diego?
This year’s WordCamp takes the time to honor San Diego’s rich military history, which has long been a major military hub. More than 50 navy ships call this city home, and the defense and military sectors heavily influence the local culture and economy. As such, WordCamp San Diego has decided to dedicate this year’s event to recognizing the hard work and dedication made by our country’s military members.
For the 2018 camp, speakers will talk about a variety of subjects including a deep dive into the latest WordPress themes, development, marketing, security, and web technology. Attendees can network with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and industries, ranging from WordPress development to marketing strategies.
