Bold grid is a nightmare. I try to access the little I was able to accomplish in 3 1/2 hours yesterday, and all I get is 404 error messages and other messages what I am trying to access is not secure. I have connect keys that I don’t know what they are. I have an old key and a new key and do not know why. All I can do is access BoldGrid Central. This is not for beginners. It requires several days of studying wordpress in order to be able to do anything.
Hello and thanks for contacting us. I apologize for any inconvenience. A few recommendations:
Only use HTTPS:// for secure connections if you have a SSL installed. If not, use HTTP and ensure the site and WordPress URL have HTTP as well in Settings > General.
You may need to clear your browser cache to prevent your browser from forcing you to HTTPS afterwards.
You can specify the key you prefer in Settings > BoldGrid Connect
