We have a Q&A portion to our website. We cannot figure out how to set up a setting in which we would receive emails notifying us when someone posts a question.
Is there a way we can check which email it is sending notifications to? We already have what you first suggested, all the boxes selected, so that doesn’t seem to be the problem.
The advice in the WP article didn’t work either. We have been struggling to fix this problem for several months now. Could you let me know if there’s another way this can be resolved?
I recommend logging errors anytime you are troubleshooting this type of issue. Also, check your server’s mail log for further clues or record of the email transmissions. If it is failing or being refused by the recipient, this will be included in the mail logs.
Thank you,
John-Paul
