I followed the excellent instructions on how to down load my site and upload to a different host but the the bold grid plug in zip file continually crashes when I try to install it in word press. Anywhere I can access help with this please?
Hello and thanks for contacting us. Please share the exact steps (and/or article) you’re following.
Meanwhile, a few troubleshooting options:
- Ensure the backup isn’t corrupt by comparing the checksum of the file you’re uploading to the original file using the bottom of our best backup practices article
- Try uploading with BoldGrid Backup
- Try uploading the file to the server via FTP or cPanel File Manager if possible.
