I would like theme guidance on building an operational manual with Boldgrid

I recommend the Monument Inspiration, however, all of our BoldGrid certified themes should suffice for the look of your website. If you are interested in adding functionality that is beyond the BoldGrid capabilities, in this case, a Knowledge Base or Operation Manual, you can consider taking advantage of WordPress’s versatility and use a plugin. You can find many options at WordPress.org.
