Paid License Support

If you have an active Crio Pro or Post and Page Builder Premium license, we will provide 1:1 private support from our ticketing system. Response time is 1 business day.

Design & Development Services

If you would like additional support, you can purchase time for these items. Response time will depend on the work requested.

BoldGrid Crio

• Custom Content Creation: If you want unique elements created for your website, we can create the following types of content:
  • Crio Custom Page Header
  • Crio Custom Sticky Page Header
  • Crio Custom Page Footer
  • WooCommerce custom templates
  • Mega Menu item
  • JavaScript or CSS for basic functionality
• Third-Party Plugin Support: We strive to ensure compatibility with popular plugins, and if you are having a conflict we will do our best to resolve it. You may be responsible for contacting the plugin developer.

Post and Page Builder

• Custom Content Creation: If you want unique elements created for your website, we can create the following types of content:
  • Post and Page Builder Block
• Code Cleanup :If you want us to modify page content created with the Post and Page Builder to remove unnecessary or unwanted code.

Items Not Supported

While we strive to provide comprehensive support for your BoldGrid products and services, there are certain items that fall outside the scope of our assistance (free and paid).

• Server Configuration: Setting up hosting, domain registration, or server-related configurations is not within our scope of services. We recommend consulting with your hosting provider for assistance in this area.
• Website Creation: Entering content is outside our scope of support. If you want a professional to create your entire website, we suggest finding a local designer.
• Graphic Design: We cannot create new images, we can only work with existing content you provide.
