hello, I just purchased the BoldGrid Premium Total Upkeep.
I understood it was for unlimited websites
I have downloaded the plugin successfully for one site, but I need to be able to use it by submitting the “connect key”
Where do I get that?

Where do I get that? With DIVI, the api is on the dashboard for me to grab. Where with BoldGrid?

Thank you for reaching out and also for using Total Upkeep for your WordPress backups and migrations!
You can find your BoldGrid Connect Key inside of your BoldGrid Central dashboard in the “Connect Keys” section. You can follow this guide if you need help accessing your BoldGrid Central Account.

I scrolled down and was able to access the key.
One thing I might suggest to make this more accessible is to also have a link on the membership dashboard. Or part of the ID on top, because that’s what people come for.
I missed it on that central page.

I’m so happy you were able to get this resolved! I think adding a link to the membership dashboard for accessibility is a great idea. I will relay this to our devs and hopefully we can get this into a feature request that will one day be implemented into Total Upkeep.
