I have already purchased the premium Crio theme. But I continue to see Get more Features Upgrade Crio under the Customize menu. Why am I seeing this?

Thanks for your purchase of Crio Pro WordPress theme!
In order to unlock your premium functionalities you must first download and activate the Crio Premium plugin. This extension can be found in the “Plugins” section of your BoldGrid Central account.
You can follow this guide for instructions on activating Crio Pro. I hope this helps!
I installed the Crio Pro plugin 1.10.1 and there is no change. I logged off and opened a new incognito window and tried it again. I’m still getting the same message. Please advise.

You may also need to activate your premium connect key because you won’t have full access to Crio Premiums features until you attach it to your WordPress instance as well.
You can obtain it from the “Connect Keys” section of your BoldGrid Central account and inside of your WordPress admin dashboard visit Settings > BoldGrid Connect to input the Premium Connect Key.
