Earlier, as I used post & page builder to design/edit my website pages, there was an option to view the page “visual” or “text”. That option has disappeared. I would like it for editing all my pages. Can you tell me where the settings for this are?

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for using BoldGrid Post and Page Builder for WordPress!
If you have the Post and Page Builder set as your Preferred editor you should see in the top right just above the editor you will see the option to switch between visual and text editor. I included the screenshot below for you to illustrate where you might see this on your end.
