I have tried to delete old items it says I have deleted them and they are still there. I have tried to place new items and they go in a strange place

Can you please give us more details about what exactly it is you’re attempting to change? Are you working inside of the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder editor or some other area of WordPress?
What items are you attempting to remove?
