Why can my clients only open this demo link one time to review the site? After they open it once and close it out, they cannot reopen the page. The website simply will not load again.

The client is still having the issue. They were able to view it once and it won’t load a second time on multiple computers. What could be causing this?
It’s likely some sort of caching issue. Ask your client to clear their browser cache and try reloading the page. It might be even better to try accessing the site in an incognito browser or a completely different browser type. For example, if they’re using FireFox, try opening the site in a browser like Chrome.
