Hi, I have been given this link from Bluehost after contacting them about issues with your Lodestar web template. I have been using it for a couple of years now, and though it looks great on desktop and tablet, it doesn’t look good on a mobile phone, even though it is supposed to be compatible. Last week, when I checked, my whole site had a yellow tint to it. Today, the tint seems to have resolved, but the images and headings don’t load correctly and it looks quite amateurish, and all over the place, compared to the desktop. I was told there might be an update available to resolve the issues.

Lodestar isn’t one of BoldGrid’s themes, and it hasn’t had an update since March 5, 2018, which means that it’s surely not up to date with modern WordPress.
If you’re starting out with BoldGrid, I recommend starting with BoldGrid Inspirations which will let you pick out a design and theme with all of the customization options you need.

It looks like the theme was created by Auttomattic. I located their contact page. Hopefully you can get some answers – https://automattic.com/contact/
