I tried several times yesterday and a couple of times today. I click Install, and it looks like it’s working until it says Install Failed. I’m using Twenty Twenty Three theme. Host is Windows Server 2022. Any suggestions?

Alternatively, you can try downloading the W3 Total Cache from here and try adding a new plugin by uploading the zip file.Thanks!
I’m still unable to remove 2.6.0 or update it to 2.6.1. Please HELP
