Hello, I actually have two issues. One is I cannot change the image in the Crio theme even though I went to the page to change it, The actual image of the blurred stream with the tree does not show up in the manage images area. There is no image there to choose to change, it only asks if I want to add an image. So I added my (own) image and it puts it in the background, not the top one on the landing page. Please help me understand how this can be changed. Also, When I clicked on the customize page tab, altered the info and added an image, then updated it, it would not update at all. It is very frustrating. I cleared the browser cache, tried it in another browser and purged the page and nothing is working. What am I missing? Thanks for the help.
December 8, 2023 at 3:11 pm #121099Brandon CKeymasterThanks for reaching out with yourCrio Pro WordPress theme questions! We can help you change the background image at the top of your homepage.
You can change the background image on your homepage by pulling up the page in the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder page editor. Select the section that holds the image by hovering over the image and using the black “DropTab” that appears to select “Background”.
Using the “background” tab you’ll have control over background images, colors, animations and so on.
This guide on using background images in Post and Page builder should help you understand how swap out your background images. If you’re still having trouble you can use ImgBB to send us a screenshot of how you’re currently attempting to change the image.
As for your the updated background in the customizer, I’m thinking the page that you modified may not display that particular widget area and the correct place to make these changes is inside of the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder editor for whatever page you’re editing.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions for us.
December 22, 2023 at 12:28 pm #121630NanciGuestHi, Thank you for getting back to me. The problem is that I cannot choose the main image if I am in the WP editor or the boldgrid post and page builder. Neither one allows me that option. I have included the screenshots to see what I have been working on. That main image of the water and greenery is the one I want to change out to the one where the individual is walking a path.
Here are the images:
This is the image I want to change but cannot find where to do that. https://ibb.co/PxzFNvK
This shows the top page image with the water and tree that I want to change out: https://ibb.co/c3BBr5S
This one shows the main image again but in the wp editor: https://ibb.co/xMQ7TWd
Am I missing something? Where can I select that top water/tree image to replace it with the one person in red walking a path?
Thank you!December 22, 2023 at 12:32 pm #121632NanciGuestHi, Thank you for helping me with this and being so great about my inability to fix this issue. So here are some images I’m uploading to highlight how I edited the About Us page info, clicked on “Update” and the page still posted “Nothing Found” when I clicked on the view page link. So, the page has been edited but it will not reflect the info (changes) when clicked on.
Apologies I had to paste the album link as one, the sIBB site had an error on the individual share links.

Page that shows no edits after updating: https://ibb.co/album/jVWdqSDecember 22, 2023 at 12:51 pm #121667Brandon CKeymasterHi Nancy,
Thanks for your responses, I’ve tried opening your links from ImgBB and it looks like all but one have errors and are not displaying. The one I can see referencing the “Nothing Found” error after publishing changes from the editor to your live site.

This is likely due to a corrupt permalink structure. Visit your WordPress Dashboard Settings > Permalinks section, then just scroll down and click save without making any change to refresh your permalinks and check your site to see if it resolves the issue.
As for changing the homepage image in Crio it is likely doable from the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder editor. The image is likely a background image nested in one of our columns or rows. I tried reinspecting the page but it looks like you may have switched to a different Inspiration. Can you let us know if you’re still experiencing any of these issues on the new Inspiration?
We look forward to assisting you further with this!
