    I have been building my website using BoldGrid and login to WordPress thru the BoldGrid admin page. However, when I try to view the site in any other browser or on my phone, I get “Can’t open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection” I have tried multiple times on different computers and browsers but continue to get the same error. I need to be able to show the site to my client, so please let me know ASAP how to resolve this issue.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thanks a lot for reaching out although we’re sorry to hear you having trouble with your Cloud WordPress install.  I see you already have a ticket in with BoldGrid Premium support and they’ve already began assisting you.  In order to better assist you we’ll just keep everything in the private channel that way all of the information we share is in one place.
