Please help with my website background. I am so confused and the WordPress representative could not help me and advised me to reach out here. I am about to cancel my website because this is too confusing and there is no assistance.

I managed to get the video on the homepage, but I cannot remove the background picture of the desk and chairs. Will you please remove that background picture for me? or advise me on how to do it.

Thanks for your response. For clarity, do you mean that you wish to remove the current video and replace it with another? I’m inspecting your page and this background video is the only actual media I see. We can help with removing the current background video if that is in fact the problem. We had a similar question from a user on implementing a video background please review that support topic I think it will help.

Thank you for your response. I do NOT want to remove the moving background on the home page!
1. I would like to remove the white square transparent background that is on the words “paramount paralegals, in touch with tomorrow. Contact us and schedule your free consultation now”. I would like to remove the WHITE background on the home page. NOT the moving background and NOT the text.
2. I would like to have the moving background on ONLY THE HOME PAGE, not all of the other pages (About Us, Small Claims, Housing Disputes, Contact). I would like a white background for those pages and I will figure out which background I want for those pages after.
3. I would also like the home page Contact Us Button to be linked to the CONTACT page!

When I visit your page in my browser I’m receiving a 404 error and it only displays your background video and logo.
Sorry I’m not exactly sure what you’re referring to as far as removing the “white square transparent background that is on the words “paramount paralegals”. If you could share a screenshot with us to show us exactly what you would like to modify we can help with your best suggestions on how to resolve it.
If you would like to display the video header background only on your homepage you have a few options, but the easier approach may depend on exactly how you setup your video background in the first place. One option is to configure the video background as a page element on your homepage and remove it from all other pages using the Post and Page Builder editor.
Another option is to set the video header background up as a custom Crio header. This way you can use the post settings in the right sidebar of your page editor to display the custom header only on your homepage.
Lastly, changing a button is a lot like changing any other link. You just need to link the button to the correct page URL. When you click on a button in the Post and Page Builder you should see a small pop-up with a pencil icon. The following video is about Icons, not Buttons, but the method to change the link is exactly the same:
