Hi. We use Formidable forms.
Ever since installing W3 Total Cache we are getting a string of text on the form results pages that begins with {w3tc_ladyload_How do we fix this?
August 29, 2024 at 9:51 am #140318Marko VasiljevicKeymasterHello Karen,
Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Can you please share an example, like a screenshot or paste here what you are seeing so I ca understand the issue?
I’ve checked the website, and I can see that the Lazyload is enabled in the W3 Total Cache settings.
Please share the details so I can understand better what you are referring to so I can assist you with this.
Thanks!August 29, 2024 at 12:06 pm #140319Karen YoungGuestHi Marko,
Thanks for your help.As well as displaying the string of unwanted characters, without W3TC the page would be anchored to the form message upon loading. When W3TC is enabled, it instead loads at the top of the page, and the user would need to scroll to the bottom to get the form message.
Cheers!

Thank you for your feedback.
I am still not sure I understand the problem.
Can ou please share a screenshot or a short video of what you are seeing?
Thanks!August 30, 2024 at 9:59 am #140360Karen YoungGuestWeird. I thought I did send a screen cap.
Here is the link:
https://openjaw.com/ky/w3tc-screen.png
What you are seeing in the screen cap is the form page after the form is submitted. It shows the results or verification of the submission in green.Above that there is a string of text caused by the W3TC plugin. The arrow is pointing to it.
Also note, the page used to jump to that green results area – like an anchor. With W3TC enabled, the page loads at the top and the user must scroll down to see if the form was submitted: this is confusing for users.
Thanks,

ThanksAugust 30, 2024 at 12:45 pm #140454Marko VasiljevicKeymasterHello Karen,
Thank you for your feedback and for providing the screenshot.
This is the first time I have seen this type of problem. Just to confirm, this issue is gone when Lazyloading is disabled in the W3 Total Cache?
Also, does this occur on specific pages, and when are specific actions taken?
Thanks!September 12, 2024 at 9:47 am #141798Karen YoungGuestYes the issue is gone when Lazyloading is disabled in W3TC. But we want to keep Lazyloading on. can we exclude it for some pages? If so, how?
September 12, 2024 at 9:48 am #142087Marko VasiljevicKeymasterHello Karen,
It seems that the issue is with your theme and how it handles specific sections of your website.
As I mentioned before, this is the first time I am seeing this and I cannot seem to replicate it. Can you please share the website URL and the specific page you are seeing this on?
Thanks!September 12, 2024 at 12:30 pm #142120Karen YoungGuesthi Marko,
I think the issue is with W3TC and Formidable Forms, not our theme.
For now we are turning Lazyload off. If we turn it back on I’ll circle back with a link for you.
Thanks!
