Hello…I’m in the accounting department of New radiance Cosmetic Centers and have a 1ST TIME CHARGE of $99.00 dated 9/17/2024 ON OUR AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card last 4 are either 2006 or 3004. Try the later one, 3004, 1st. Each time we have disputed charges the card number gets changed. The charge’s DESCRIPTION on the AMEX statement appears as ‘W3 EDGE LLC 8883214678’. When I expanded the American Express details of the transaction it reads: 10159873869 8883214678. FYI, our IT/Marketing person’s position was recently eliminated so I don’t have any other information to support this charge.
PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE IN YOUR ACCOUNTING OR TREASURY MANAGEMENT TEAM LOOK UP THIS TRANSACTION AND PROVIDE THE ACCOUNT DETAILS. WITHOUT THE ACCOUNT DETAILS WE WILL HAVE TO CONTINUE DISPUTING THIS CHARGE UNTIL AMEX TAKES THE FUNDS AWAY FROM BOLDGRID AND CREDITS OUR ACCOUNT.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN THAT MY POSIITON HAS BEEN ELIMINATED AND MY LAST DAY IS THIS FRIDAY, SEPT 27TH. I TRULY WILL APPRECIATE YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.

This was the 3rd renewal of the license. When the W3 Total Cache Pro was purchased and when you subscribed to the Pro version, you accepted the terms and conditions, specifically section 12.2 Automatic Renewal of Premium Subscription Plans https://www.boldgrid.com/w3-total-cache-policies/.
The ” Renewal Reminder ” email was sent to the email address used to subscribe to W3 Total Cache Pro, one week before the renewal of the license on Sep 10, 2024, 12:21 AM EDT
. This email has a link to manage your subscription, and you were able to cancel the upcoming renewal.
