    Dear Sir/Madam,
    On our website we are using the W3 Total Cache premium plugin. At the moment we are experiencing problems with this plugin. The website is multilingual but the pro version of the plugin is only available on cyclesoftware.nl and not on .be or .fr. There’s also a problem where all updates are not applied on the front-end, but on the back-end everything is fine. I think it is due to a bug in your plugin on our site. Do you have a solution for this?

    I would like to hear from you as soon as possible so we can fix it, cause it’s hurting our site.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    I am not quite sure I understand what the problem is. The W3 Total Cache should be installed on your website, and you should be using some multilingual plugin to show other languages? Is that correct?
    Can you please share the specific issues, and the steps to reproduce this problem? What happens when you update the content? Are you updating the styling of the website or some articles?
    Have you purged the cache after the changes were made? Which plugin you are using for the languages?
    If the WPML is used, have you enabled the WPML extension?
    Please share the screenshots of the specific issue so I can understand the problem better and assist you with this.
    I’ve inspected the website and changed the languages, and this is what I can see:

    As you can see Served from: cyclesoftware.be it means that the plugin is used on the translated pages.

    Hi Marko,

    First of all thank you for your quick respons on the issue.

    The W3 total cache plugin is indead installed on our website and we use the WMPL plugin for the translations. I’ll try to explain the exact issue but the problem is that we don’t quite know where the issue starts and why it’s happening. Regarding the license the pro version of the plugin is available on the NL page but not the the BE/FR (see screenshots here)

    In your respons you’re talking about a WMPL extenstion but do you mean the plugin or is there a special plugin that makes the combination between W3 total cache and WPML possible cause I can’t find one online?

    The steps i take are “updating the content in the back-end – clearing the page cache or all caches – go to the front-end” so nothing special just how it’s supposed to go. On the last step after clearing the cache the changes are not visible. They will be after 2/3 hours of waiting before they will. Also lately other features like redirections and timed randomly stop working on the BE and FR site. I assume this also has something to do with the cache.

    I hope this information gives you more inside on the issue so we can figure out where the problem is. If you need more just let me know.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    I assume that the plugin is enabled on the main website and the other languages are created with the WPML. In Performance>Extensions, you can enable the WPML extension if you are using the WMPL plugin and the W3 Total Cache Pro.

    Also, in Performance>Page Cache>Aliases, please enable the Cache alias hostnames: option and add the subdomains https://cyclesoftware.fr/ and https://cyclesoftware.be/ to the Additional home URLs: field, save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the problem persists?

    Hello Marko,

    I checked all the sugestions you made. Everything was like you said except the Aliases, we did not have the subdomains here https://postimg.cc/hhX1kpPK. This solved the issues and the changes i made got updated immediately. But when i tried it again on the same page it doens’t update it anymore even if i clear the page cache or all caches again. This is the same on the FR and BE site.

    Are there any other thinks i can try?

    The subdomains should be added once per line
    https://cyclesoftware.fr/
    https://cyclesoftware.be/
    Also can you please share what exactly you are trying to change or update on the website so I can understand better the issue you are having?
    Can you please share the screenshots of the updated main website and what happens in the subdomains?

    Hi Marko,

    We update the subdomeins separately from our main domein cause we have different content on all three websites. I made a screenrecording of the steps that i take when updating a site and the setting. Does this give you anymore inside on the issue?

    The 3 question we currently have are:
    – Why does the NL site say premium and the BE and FR say free on the plugin?
    – What is the reason of why the subdomeins update slow?
    – And can you tell us what the invoice email is from our company? Because we can’t find it anywhere so we can’t login into the boldgrid portal.
