I created a backup with Total Keep. I was then able to copy the url and upload it to the new host. When I click restore it starts spinning and then a “save as” dialog opens asking me to download/save an admin.php file.

I can’t do anything else on the screen. When I refresh or load the url to another link for refresh it wants me to download/save a “download” file.

I’ve tried reinstalling wordpress on the new host and creating a new backup.

I was able to get it working properly on another migration.
