How to uninstall W3C Total Cache from Plugin menu, i want to change to other services.

Can you please share why you are removing the W3 Total Cache? Also, the procedure is the same as for any other plugin. In your Dashboard, go to Plugins>Installed plugins and find W3 Total Cache, click deactivate.
