    Dear BoldGrid Support Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a premium plugin from BoldGrid, but I am unable to access my account and download W3 Total Cache Premium because I do not remember the email address I used to create the account.

    Here are the details of my purchase:
    • Transaction Code: 3K704544850273530 Transaction dade: 6. Februar 2025
    • Payment Method: PayPal

    Could you please help me retrieve the email associated with this transaction or provide access to my account so I can use the premium plugin? If any additional verification is required, please let me know.
