Hi, I have the pro version of W3 Total Cache.
Just over the last few days I noticed about 20 images stuck at “processing” for auto conversion upon upload.
I’ve tried clearing cache, deactivating and reactivating the plugin, updating the plugin, all without success. Can you please assist?

I’ve checked your website and as I can see all images are processed, converted and served as webp by the W3 Total Cache.
Can you please share the screenshot of the webp settings area in the W3 Total Cache?

Hi there,
Yes most of the images are converted and serving, however about 20 are stuck in “processing” state as mentioned.
I disabled auto-convert just now to see if that resolved the issue, but it hasn’t.
