Getting an error “there was an error fetching categories. Please try again in a few minutes”.

Hi,

I’m unable to access BoldGrid Inspirations or use any of the functionality. I simply get an error telling me that there was “an error fetching categories, please try again in a few minutes”. I’ve tried again minutes, days and even a week or so later but still the problem persists. Can you assist please? Looking at the support forum, I’m not alone with this issue, but I can see no solutions posted.
