I want to edit my Venetian theme domain, but when I use Customizer, there is no Publish button so I can’t save any of my changes. Is there a way to fix this?
The publish button will only show up if you have made changes in the customizer that you need to save. If you are trying to change the domain your site is using you would not use the customizer, you would change that in the dashboard under settings > general > WordPress Address & Site Address.
Thank you! But I’m not trying to change the name of my domain; I’m trying to change the background photo, which I think should be done with Customizer. But when I use Customizer to make changes to my background photo, there is no Publish button. Do you know what I should do?
Since this is not typical behavior, I recommend Displaying and Logging PHP Errors, Warnings, and Notices as it may provide a more specific error. As a test, try a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Also, try disabling any plugins that are not BoldGrid related.
Thank you,
John-Paul
