Boldgrid connection error

BoldGrid Connection Issue
There was an issue reaching the BoldGrid Connect server. Some BoldGrid features may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a moment.

I have been recieving this error for the last few days. I’ve tried renaming the plugins file as suggested somewhere else but nothing has worked so far. When I access my cpanel file manager there is an error log that says :

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about your connection issue. It looks like its showing a 403 error which is usually related to permissions. I would recommend checking to ensure the file permissions are correct, If that does not solve the issue I would recommend uploading a fresh copy of the plugin files.
