I am not sure what I want exists. I am used to designing a site where the page you see is what you get. I do not like a site where the page scrolls down for more info. Is there such a theme where it is pages with small header without all the extra space for scrolling down?

Thank you for your question regarding a single page theme. I am not aware of any theme that would easily allow you to do so, but please feel free to browse our available themes to see if one may come close to meeting your needs. Also, keep in mind that ‘single page’ will vary from device to device, and even computer to computer based on pixel density, screen size, and so on.
