When I go to edit my page using BoldGrid editor, I don’t see my page as it appears in the actual published site. The fonts aren’t the same, the boxes around the buttons are missing, the lines are gone. Additionally, many of the functionalities of BoldGrid are not visible, either. I can’t see the orange section icon, blue column icon, the yellow row icon, the buttons to add sections or edit text, etc. The editor is installed and was working properly about 10 days ago but now it’s not. Help!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your BoldGrid Editor. While sometimes there can be minor discrepancies between the editor and live pages (even with standard WordPress) it sounds like yours is a bit off. I am not able to duplicate the behavior on my test site. What specific theme are you using?
With regards to the missing buttons in the editor, it sounds as if the BolGrid editor button was toggled off. This is a button in the toolbar of the text editor. It should be just to the right of the View buttons (desktop, tablet, phone). It appears as a four-way arrow. Click that again to enable it and you should see the drag handles and other buttons for the editor.
Kindest Regards,

I reached out to the Inmotion Hosting tech support department and they have a ticket in to see what’s going on. I’m waiting to hear back from them. If you have any other suggestions, I’m interested.
Happy Holidays,
Mimi
