Cloud WordPress Service Not Available

Hi,

I am having an issue trying to create a clone backup of my website using Cloud WordPress. After uploading and restoring the latest backup from the live website to the cloud snap I cannot log in or view the snap. I only get an error screen saying “The location you requested is experiencing issues”.

Is there something additional that I will have to do for this to work correctly?

Hi Tim-

Please forgive us for the trouble, there was a short time this afternoon where the Cloud WordPress services underwent emergency maintenance. You should be all set now, please let us know if you’re still experiencing any issues, we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
