Greetings,
My Website was out of service for almost 8 hours because of the following:
Premium extension for the Total Upkeep plugin.
Version 1.5.3 | By BoldGrid |This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 66 of the file /home/dh_da99k8/visualsbychin.com/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup-premium/boldgrid-backup-premium.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/dh_da99k8/visualsbychin.com/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup-premium/includes/class-boldgrid-backup-premium.php’ (include_path=’.:’)
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.5.1
Current theme: PhotoFocus (version 1.1.1)
Current plugin: Total Upkeep Premium (version 1.5.3)
PHP version 7.4.3I had to deactivate the plugin to get my site backup up and running.
I tried to activate Total Upkeep Premium, but received the following fatal error.
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Warning: require_once(/home/dh_da99k8/visualsbychin.com/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup-premium/includes/class-boldgrid-backup-premium.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dh_da99k8/visualsbychin.com/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup-premium/boldgrid-backup-premium.php on line 66
Is there and update to v1.5.3 to correct this, or is there something I can do to resolve the above issue?
Regards,
Chin
