Suddenly, out of nowhere today 15.08.2018 – on my footer appeared the LINK – “Special Thanks”. Ha? Where from?! How to remove it as I don`t want to be there.

The Special Thanks link in your footer can be hidden using the tools available in the Customizer, but the option to hide it is only available for websites with a Premium Connect key. The following guide from our support center demonstrates how to hide the Special Thanks link.

I am not able to remove the attribution link “Built with BoldGrid Powered by WordPress”. The options look different from the steps mentioned. But I have checked both. I am using Crio theme.

The ability to remove the ‘Built with BoldGrid’ and ‘Powered by WordPress’ text in the footer attribution is only available when the Pro extension for Crio is activated on your website and you can read more about it in this guide from our support center.
