This depends on which elements you’d like to center. For example, if you want to center text, that is done by pressing the text-alignment button in the editor. If you’d like to center the entire site, that would be more related to the theme you’re using.

Please let us know which theme you’re using and how we might replicate the issue. If you can provide more detail regarding what specific goal you’re trying to accomplish, we can more accurately provide possible solutions.

Was there a time before the content was all pushed left? If so, do you know what changes were made to it after?

That website is using a third party theme theme called Talon.  It uses Bootstrap  – much like we (@BoldGrid) do.  Bootstrap is quite often used to configure themes to make them responsive.  When I looked at your site (uglyhoods.com), I also looked at the page where the theme is from:  https://athemes.com/theme/talon/.  If you look at the demo page closely, the theme has columns along the bottom half of the page.  Thus anything that you place in that portion of the page will be aligned in the left column.  I looked at their demo site to further confirm the format:  https://demo.athemes.com/talon/.   BoldGrid did not push the content left as it was the result of the theme format.  This is not easily changed within the theme.  You will need to speak with the theme developer for more assistance in that regard.  I hope this helps to clarify the issue.

Bootstrap is often used to create responsive templates for websites.  This allows for people to have a single website design that adapts to different screen sizes (e.g. monitors, tablets, smart phones).  The only drawback is that content on the webpage must conform to that template.  If you want to see examples of Bootstrap templates, you can see some here.

Apologies for any confusion.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

    Kindest regards,
    Arnel C.
