Hello, I need prior help with my wordpress site, htaccess file is corrupted and makes error 500, there is no way to accces to fix by my own, I lost connection to console, this page if for a customer of mine, please your help my email norbayron@gmail.com

We are sorry to hear about the htaccess file issue. We fixed the file by commenting out a line that appeared to be a comment. The URL now loads without issue.
