Hi,
We’ve long used and loved W3TC and alternate between it and WP Rocket. Use CloudFront CDN.
Quick question regarding your premium FSD option.
Does that mean we can also host cached html pages on CloudFront? Basically right now our html pages need to be still served by our origin server (the only request, everything else is CloudFront) which is the slowest in waterfall. If possible want CF to serve it all.

Yes, Full Site Delivery will allow you to host the actual cached HTML pages, media, CSS and scripts on your CDN, including Amazon CloudFront.
