Hi – Since updating to WordPress 5.6, Divi builder has stopped working due to a plugin conflict. The plugin causing the issue is W3 Total Cache, which I have had to disable to keep my website running. I am running Divi 4.7.7, and all my plugins are up-to-date. Please advise

What problems are you seeing on your website when W3TC is activated? Which settings are currently activated in your W3TC configuration? I am having issues with W3 Total Cache (Free) since updating to the following versions/settings:
Wordpress v5.6
W3 Total Cache v2.0.1
“Disable minify for logged in users” = selected
“Don’t cache pages for logged in users” = selected
Divi v4.7.7In the admin (not the full frontend) I can intially edit a page with Divi’s editor replacement (where it shows you a colourful block layout) but after this first edit and saving, the page reloads as normal but WordPress seems to load the whole page I am editing in an iframe (as if i were editing it on the frontend) rather than reloading the block layout. If i now reload the page I get the same issue.
I have tried with disabling Minify completely but I still get the same issue.
If i save and purge all of the caches I can then re-edit the page normally but the bug then strikes again after my next save.
W3 Total cache must be incorrectly caching some assests rather than this being a soley minify issue.
Deactivating W3 Cache fixes the issue
I also while messing got page cannot be found errors and then sometimes the front page withjout CSS styling would be loaded instead of the admin page edit page loading.
This is a fresh website I have made with no other 3rd party plugins.

wp-content/w3tc-config/master.phphere?Feel free to replace your domain with example.com if you don’t want it shared.

Thanks a lot for that additional information! On your Performance > Page Cache page, can you ensure that the “Administrator,” “Editor,” and “Author” roles are selected underneath Don’t cache pages for following user roles setting?
I’m going to test these settings out on our testing Divi installation and reply back to you if I can replicate the issue for you and determine what might be causing it.
Update: Currently my server is now experiencing a DDoS attack causing resources and assets not to be available. This could be a reason for W3 cache appearing not to work. I will update you guys once my server is fixed.
I am sorry to hear that you are fighting a DDoS attack and I hope you are able to get things fixed quickly! Hopefully W3TC starts working as expected once that is handled, but please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help!
I thought i would post an update.
I was getting issues with assets not loading because of the following reasons:
- mod_evasive blocking assets and causing 403 errors
- DDoS
- At one point i was using .htaccess to point the domain to my server rather than using real DNS settings
- I also during testing had Wordfence Firewall installed
So in conclusion my issues were nothing to do with W3TC and I appreciate the help.
