IP detection for geolocation with W3 Total Cache?

We’re building a new website for a client with IP detection to serve modified content to different countries. Uses the GeoLocationWP plugin, which detects IP address. We love W3 Total Cache and would like to use it on this website. But near as we can tell, we would need to set up Groups for different countries. Or there might be other settings that will allow the IP detection first, before W3TC decides what to serve to that visitor.

Does anyone have experience using IP detection or the GeoLocationWP plugin with W3 Total Cache?
