W3 Total Cache + Amazon Cloudfront

Hi
I’ve installed W3 Total Cache and has integrated AWS CF with the same, I see in dashboard CF is showing as “enabled” as well as Test is passing well.
Still whenever I am loading the page, I don’t see my website is being loaded through CF. Its loaded directly from the origin server. Do I have to adjust any DNS entries after integrating CDN with W3 Cache? At present my A record directly pointed to server IP.

Secondly.
I’ve a question. I’ve passed a rule on .htaccess. Will that as well be updated on CDN or will be excluded?
