Jesse said Crio Pro is already included in my hosting subscription. I found Crio premium zip plugin is that the same as Crio Pro plugin?
Crio Premium seems to be active in that the plugin page just says deactivate but I do not see any different and I still get the message to upgrade to Crio Pro at a cost. I went to BoldGrid Connect on my WP site and entered the key from my BoldGrid login but no change. I went to my Dreamhost cpanel but did not see any key there. How do I get CRIO Pro to install and work on my site?

Thanks for reaching out. If your site was set up before DreamHost added the Crio Premium WordPress Theme to their package, we need to manually add Crio to your connect keys.
I’ve gone ahead and added Crio to the three keys associated with the email address you used in this post, so you should now be able to access the premium features of Crio. If you still see the “upgrade to Crio Pro” message in your Customizer, open a premium support ticket so our billing and subscription team can take a closer look for you.
Hello Jesse said the Dreamhosters website has Crio Pro included. Jesse tried to update my keys but it did not work. I am very new to boldgrid and Crio, but have used some WP in the past for small changes. I have started a page from scratch and still getting used to boldgrid and crio editing.
Why do I still get the upgrade to Crio pro, if it is included in Dreamhosters?
How do we fix it to I can use Crio Pro?Jesse is really great about quick response and correctly answers my question every time.

I double-checked all the keys under your email address and all of them should have Crio enabled now. Can you open a premium support ticket so our billing and subscription team can take a closer look for you?
If you’re not able to log into your BoldGrid Central account to open a ticket, use the BoldGrid Feedback widget on your main WordPress dashboard page.
