Saved blocks only show up intermittently

I am having problems with the Post & Page Builder Block Library. I’ve saved 8 blocks so that I can more easily build my website however when I am ready to build the new page, as I go to my Block Library all 8 blocks DO NOT show up. Sometimes only 2 show up, sometimes 4 show up, when I close it out and start over, hoping to get the block I need, another 2 or 4 show up – some the same as before and some different. It seems to be a hit or miss and has only loaded all of the blocks I’ve added a couple of times and I’ve clicked in and out of my Block Library over 100 times trying to get the blocks I need. I need all 8 of them to build my pages but I have to click in and out over and over many times in order to get all 8 to eventually show up in different intervals. It should only take one click….not 10 or 20 each time I start a new page. Usually I only get 4 and only one time did I get all 8 to show up. All should show up every time and I have not been able to figure out why they don’t.
