All pages content is duplicated – it is as if I have copied sections 1,2,3 and pasted them further down in bold builder. but that is not the case. there are only three sections in bold builder.
If I go to preview, then I click on the orange button “Show/Hide Edit mode UI”, it actually shows sections 1,2 and 3..and then immediately after 1,2,3 repeated, not 4,5,6 but 1,2,3. It is the same for all pages.
I have the latest version of Bold Builder, and WordPress. No new plugins have been added for some time. Only one theme is installed.
Trouble-shooting so far:
Deactivate/reactive all plugins one by one. No change to the problem.Any idea what is causing this?

Thanks for reaching out, we’re always happy to help! I looked at your site and see you’re using BoldGrid Crio theme and the Elementor plugin to create page content. I am not seeing any duplicated content on your site right now, can you please link me to a page where this is happening so I can investigate further?

NicoleActually, it’s happening to me as well. It’s not in the code – it’s just duplicating the content but I can’t view it in my source code.

The problem you described can be related to a number of things. The first step I recommend is making sure all of your plugins, themes and core files are updated to their latest version. I also suggest making a backup of your website before running any of these updates in the unlikely event that something happens during the update process. That way, you will have something to restore from should any issues occur.
If the updates do not resolve the problem, or there aren’t any available updates to run, then the duplicated content could be coming from a plugin conflict. One thing you can do to test for a plugin conflict is to systematically disable any non-BoldGrid plugins to see if the content stops duplicating.
We would also appreciate it if you could send us a link to the page that is showing the duplicated content. There might be something in the source code that points us towards a solution and hopefully we can figure out what the problem is soon!
