I’ve been building this site with the Crio theme, including a Recent Post area on the home page. The problem is that the live version of the site it is not pulling the posts to display on the home page. When I look at the Home Page in Page & Post Builder, I see the two posts displayed.

It is possible that the problem you are seeing with the Recent Posts widget is related to a recent bug we identified in the Crio theme framework.
For some reason, if page titles are disabled using the Customizer controls located under Design > Pages > Title then the Recent Posts widget is unable to display the Post titles in the widget field when viewed on the front end. We are currently investigating this bug and we hope to have a fix for it released in an upcoming version of the Crio theme framework.
Changing that global configuration to show the Page Titles should allow the Recent Posts widget to start displaying the information as expected. If you want to hide the Page Title for a particular page then you can use the Page Attributes settings located on the right side of the screen when editing a page’s content.
