I purchased a 1 Year subscription to Crio Pro for $39 (have a receipt if you need to see it).
It came with a BoldGrid API key.
On my website, I CHANGED the BoldGrid API key to the one on my receipt.
Now it shows a FREE BoldGrid account in settings AND when I start to customize the Crio Theme it still tells me I have to Upgrade to Pro.
I am DEEPLY UPSET over this fiasco.
I NEED to get my site built and this is totally aggravating that apparently I have paid $39 and received absolutely nothing for the money.
This needs to be straightened out immediately or I will insist on getting my money back.

Thank you for reaching out, I do apologize for the delayed response as we were out of office for the weekend. I consulted with our premium team and concluded that this issue is most likely a result of you having a already having a premium access key through our partner InMotion Hosting which already has all of these features included.
When you purchased your new Crio Pro premium key it replaced your original key which holds access to the to all of your other premium features. I see you have a ticket in with premium now and they have the ability to access your account and make changes for you so I’m sure they can clear things up for you.
