I’ve had the Total Upkeep plugin running on my site for the last few weeks. I’ve never had to do a restore until today. Now I am in able to log in to the site. I have a few different accounts, and each say that the email address is valid. How do I get back in?

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been locked out of your website after attempting your Total Upkeep restore. One thing you can try is logging in using your username instead of the email address associated with the user.
As you stated your email addresses are valid so you can also try resetting your WordPress password.
