Can not login to my WordPress website

Hi

I am trying to login with my email info@XXXXXXX.com.au,however it keeps telling me to login through Social media

Please use the social account highlighted below.

Unfortunately, this email account is not connected anymore to Google login and need to have the option to reset my password with email only.

How to do this?

I’m sorry to hear you’re experience this login issue. Did the problem occur after attempting a restoration using Total Upkeep?

You should be able to reset your WordPress password to regain login ability. If you could send the link to your login page we can inspect it and give you our best suggestions on how to go about resolve this.

Thank you for your reply.

No, i have trouble accessing my account here:
https://www.boldgrid.com/central/login

It only allows me to login with Google. (I don’t have that account anymore)
