    we have paid 2 Invoices:

    16.01.
    -removed- Both Accounts can’t be resetted.

    Can you help?

    Since this is a public forum, I’ve removed all sensitive information from your post. I’ve managed to find the subscriptions and you used the PayPal email instead of those mentioned in the email to purchase W3 Total Cache Pro.
    I’ve sent the invoices to the emails provided.
