Why don’t my menu title attributes show when I hover over the menu item? All that displays on hover is the actual navigation label. Is there some setting I need to enable?

Thanks for posting your question regarding the Title Attribute for the menu items on your page. I’m sorry to see that the field is not working as expected. Unfortunately, the customizer does not provide the option to change the hover over text.
