We purchased the premium account with our previous account, so we want to transfer it over to this new account. Could you please help us transfer the premium status and key over to this account. I transferred it, and accepted the transfer from the other account, but when I go to add premium blocks, it still does not give me access.
I would like to be able to just transfer what I purchased to this new account because the previous account just stopped working on your end, forcing us to create a new account.
