I just added a new user to my website and it seems like there are two accounts made with the new email, and the new user cannot log on to see the site I made! What can I do?

In WordPress, it’s not possible to have two separate users with the same email- the email is the “Unique Identifier” for user accounts.
If you still have access to another Administrator account, you can reset the password by visiting the Users -> All Users. On that screen, you’ll be able to see your new users as well as the email address that is assigned to them. Hover over the username, click Edit, and scroll all the way down to create a new password for them.
If you don’t have access to another administrator account, there are several ways to reset the password through other means.
