Hi Guys, I actually asked this a few weeks back but it seems that the question has disappeared? When I try to find my used add ons to add to a different page, only 1 is showing? Where have they gone or what is the problem here?
January 10, 2020 at 2:30 pm #30692supportGuestHi David, thank you for your question!
Are you trying to reuse blocks between pages? If so then you should be able to see the list of Used Blocks by selecting it from the dropdown in the Add Block interface.
Any screenshots you can provide will us figure out where the problem is coming and will hopefully lead us towards a resolution.
I look forward to hearing background from you soon and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!
January 14, 2020 at 3:21 am #30693davidmulhollandGuestHi, yes I know how and where to get them but as I said only 1 of my used blocks actually shows?
Also sometimes the drop down menu for types of services etc does not highlight thus I am also unable to click on any of themAs you can see below, this is the only used block that appears when I try to add any previous used ones and I do have many.

January 15, 2020 at 3:48 pm #30694supportGuestHi David,
The Used Blocks that display in that list
are loaded using JavaScript, and it is possible that you have another
plugin on your website that is interfering with the scripts. One thing
you can try is disabling any non-BoldGrid plugins to see if that is the
case.Hopefully that works for you and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!
January 16, 2020 at 3:17 am #30695davidmulhollandGuestHi Joseph, I would only have a couple of other plug ins here and and they have not interfered before but anyway, I just tried that and still the same problem?
January 16, 2020 at 4:01 pm #30696supportGuestHi David,
If deactivating the other plugins did not resolve the problem then there could be other errors generated in your browser console that might be able to point us towards a solution. If possible, could you please send us any errors you can find? I also found this guide from WordPress.org that demonstrates how to use the browser console to check for JavaScript errors that I hope you will find useful as a reference.
I look forward to hearing back from you and getting this problem resolved.
