When every I use the W3 Cache plugin my site stops working and I get an error message on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=nl&url=https%3A%2F%2Ftecuro.uk%2F

Lighthouse returned error: ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Lighthouse was unable to load the requested page properly. Make sure you test the correct URL and the server responds correctly to all requests. (Status code: 503)

Any idea how I can solve this?
I’m sure I am doing something wrong but I don’t know what.
    Thank you
    Jean Paul

Hi Jean Paul, thank you for your question!

I am sorry to hear that there are some problems getting your PageSpeed insights to work correctly on your domain and our team is happy to help in any way we can!

I looked at your website and it appears that you are running WP Super Cache and Autoptimize and sometimes having multiple caching plugins activated at once can cause problems like the one you described.  If you want to use W3 Total Cache on your website you might want to try deactivating those other caching plugins before turning on W3 to see if that fixes the problems you are seeing.

I hope that works for you and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!
